Qbit is a smart digital solution designed to streamline and automate the queue handling process for businesses and service centers. The system’s frontend (Cloud & Android) is developed using Flutter, ensuring a unified, responsive, and user-friendly experience across devices, while the backend is powered by Node.js with Express, providing fast and scalable server-side performance.

The project consists of three main modules:

  1. Qbit Backoffice – A web-based control panel for managing services, counters, and display settings.

  2. Qbit Display (Display/Kiosk) – A display interface used to show live token status and announcements to customers.

  3. Qbit Soft Manipulator – A counter-side application used by staff to process, call, and manage queues efficiently.
